In the past, I used to remember all the important occasions with my family.

But lately, I've been forgetting simple things.

As a devoted grandmother, mother, and wife, I often prioritize my family's needs over my own.

I realized that I was neglecting myself by giving so much to others.

A friend who works at a nursing home warned me about memory issues that can lead people there.

Which made me realize I needed to take action.

During my recent doctor's appointment, I performed well on a memory test.

Which was both a relief and a source of frustration.

I wasn't feeling like me.
